You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Department Management: Leadership and operational management of 30 employees in the areas of Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, Metrology, Laboratory, Management Systems, and operational Quality Assurance in battery assembly.
• IATF 16949 & Safety Standards: Ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 standards with a focus on product integrity and functional safety (ISO 26262) in battery manufacturing.
• Launch Management: Supporting complex SOPs and change management in series production through professional assurance (APQP, PPAP) from purchased parts to the finished pack.
• Interface Management: Confident representation of the plant in critical quality reviews and audits with our premium customers and suppliers.
• Traceability & Analysis: Expansion of digital traceability systems and error analysis in the field of e-mobility.
• Reporting: Direct reporting to plant management regarding quality metrics.

This is what you bring to us:

• Background: Studies in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Industry expertise: Several years of leadership experience in quality management within the automotive industry, ideally in the field of HV batteries, power electronics, or complex system assemblies.
• Methodology expert: In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and the Automotive Core Tools.
• Personality: You interact confidently with premium OEMs, are decisive, and maintain a cool head even during the ramp-up phase.
• Languages: Fluent German and English for international communication.
