Are you ready to take ownership of the Supply Chain Category team for the category Tractor & Vehicle? We are looking for a Manager SC Category Planning .

As manager of the Supply Chain Category team, you play a key role in ensuring that Kramp consistently delivers industry-leading product availability, reliability, and service to our customers, while keeping the inventory levels and health on the right levels. You lead the end-to-end planning and execution process for a diverse and product portfolio, balancing operational efficiency, commercial priorities, and supplier capabilities.

The Team

The Supply Chain Category team consists of 10 to 12 Supply Chain Specialists and 2 Supply Chain planners. Team members can be in different European locations.

You will work closely with the Category & Buying teams (managers, buyers and specialists), as well as connect with various country stakeholders (assortment managers, managing, sales operations director and warehouse managers).

What is your role?

As Manager SC Category Tractor & Vehicle, youareend-to-endresponsibleforthe planning and execution of the Tractor & Vehicle category, ensuringproduct availability, inventory levels and health, and planning execution are consistently optimized. Additionally, you are responsible for:

• Ensureoptimalservice levels, inventory health & levels and cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop the team, set objectives and holding team members accountable.
• Escalate structural planning issues and drive resolution.
• Own the demand and supply planning cycle (e.g. S&OP and S&OPE) for the Tractor & Vehicle category, ensuring accurate forecasts and optimized stock levels across all warehouses.
• Driving process improvements and contributing to change management initiatives.

Who are you?

For this job we have a couple of requirements:

• Bachelor's degreeinsupply chain management, Business, Engineering or relatedfield is preferred.
• 5+ yearsof working experiencein Supply Chain.
• At least 3 years of experience in team leadership, demonstrating success in driving engagement and performance from a distance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidently navigates complex organizational dynamics.
• Strong communication skills with full professional proficiency in English.
• Structured, analytical approach and mindset and handle multiple work topics in parallel.
• Hold yourself and others accountable for delivering results.
• Able to be present at least two days per week at our office in Strullendorf (remaining days optionally remote).
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
