About this Position

What you’ll do

• Shape Adhesive Technologies’ sustainability strategy as an experienced Senior Manager by accelerating the adoption of low-emission and renewable materials across the portfolio
• Lead the strategic evaluation and selection of sustainable raw materials (low-emission, circular) within specific technology baskets in close collaboration with purchasing experts and portfolio management teams across end markets
• Develop and execute cross-functional education and enablement programs to strengthen sustainable materials knowledge across the organization as well as product development, marketing, and sales
• Drive proactive engagement with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to shape future low-carbon and circular value chains
• Represent Henkel across associations, industry initiatives, customer engagements, and internal bodies to further enhance sustainability expertise, performance, and reputation
