Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans for the electrical utilities business. Oversee financial and operational performance to ensure business objectives are met. Lead, inspire, and manage a team of professionals across the Europe. Identify, evaluate, and manage risks to the business. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. 15+ years of experience in the electrical utilities or transmission line engineering industry. Proven leadership and management experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
