Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Managing Director/Equity Partner/Executive Director/Executive Consultant, based in Germany, with flexibility for partial remote work. The individual will be responsible for engaging SME owners, providing business mentoring, conducting business performance assessments, and designing tailored growth strategies. Key responsibilities include facilitating business acceleration programs, implementing profitability improvement measures, consulting on succession planning, supporting SME leaders through mentorship, and fostering long-term client relationships. The role also involves managing and expanding a client portfolio while contributing to the broader objectives of thexton armstrong in the region.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in business consulting, executive management, or entrepreneurship
• Strong skills in business strategy development, operational efficiency, and financial performance analysis
• Exceptional communication, mentoring, and team leadership abilities
• Proficiency in building client relationships, stakeholder engagement, and managing projects
• Ability to employ structured methods for business analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Experience with SME business environments is highly advantageous
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Candidates with a business degree or equivalent professional experience are preferred
