Managing Partner / Real Estate Investments (m/f/d)

Privately funded real estate investment firm, investing proprietary capital across Germany and selected European markets.

The business is supported by an established internal structure covering legal, finance, transaction support and operations. The next phase of growth requires a senior investment professional who combines institutional discipline with entrepreneurial drive.

This role offers full executive responsibility for investment strategy, capital allocation and long-term value creation within a partnership model.

Responsibilities Investment Strategy & Execution

Define and execute the firm's real estate investment strategy

Lead sourcing, underwriting, structuring and closing of transactions

Oversee portfolio construction and performance across asset classes

Focus on value-add, redevelopment, repositioning and selective development opportunities

Maintain disciplined risk-return framework across investments

Capital & Financing

Lead equity and debt structuring for transactions

Develop long-term relationships with banks, co-investors, family offices and institutional partners

Structure joint ventures and financing solutions aligned with growth objectives

Leadership & Entrepreneurial Management

Lead and develop the investment team

Build accountability and performance-driven culture

Align investment decisions with long-term capital growth

Act as executive representative towards investors, lenders and key market participants

The role combines strategic capital responsibility with direct investment leadership.

Candidate Profile

12+ years of experience in real estate investing, private equity or principal investing

Current or recent role as Investment Director, Senior Investment Manager, Head of Investments or equivalent

Strong track record in transaction execution within Germany

Experience in structuring bank financing and equity partnerships

Deep understanding of risk-adjusted returns, capital structuring and asset-level value creation

Leadership experience managing transaction or investment teams

Clear ambition to move into a broader entrepreneurial ownership role

Fluent German and English
