Manufacturing Engineer / Arbeitsvorbereitung (m/f/d)

to join

Tintschl Technik GmbH

in

Donauwörth (Germany, on-site) .

In this role, you will contribute to the

industrialization and production planning of additive manufactured (3D printed) aerospace components , supporting the transition from engineering design to certified serial production.

Your Tasks Creation and maintenance of work plans and bills of materials (BOM) in SAP based on engineering specifications for additive manufactured components and assemblies Industrialization of 3D printed metal parts, supporting the preparation of production processes up to First Article Inspection (FAI) Development and optimization of manufacturing structures and process documentation for additive manufacturing components and test parts Evaluation of engineering drawings and production documentation with regard to manufacturability and process feasibility Close collaboration with design engineering teams, providing manufacturing expertise for additive manufacturing technologies Support of production planning and manufacturing control for 3D printed aerospace components Execution of cost analyses for additive manufacturing components and identification of potential cost optimization opportunities Participation in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing and assembly processes Coordination with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure efficient production workflows

Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical discipline Alternatively a state-certified technician (Techniker) in mechanical engineering or metal-related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in: manufacturing engineering, production planning, industrialization or production environments Experience with additive manufacturing (metal 3D printing) is highly desirable Practical experience with SAP in production environments Solid knowledge of MS Office tools Fluent German and good English skills Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with strong analytical skills Strong team and communication abilities
