Responsibilities

• Create and update Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and technical work instructions for manufacturing processes
• Translate engineering requirements into clear, usable documentation for the shopfloor
• Work with SAP production modules to manage and integrate process documentation
• Use drawing tools (preferred: CATIA V5) to interpret technical data and models
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production and Quality to ensure accurate and compliant instructions

Qualifications

• Bring relevant professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Documentation or a similar field
• Bring proven expertise in creating work instructions/SOIs for industrial production
• Are proficient in SAP and familiar with CATIA V5 or comparable tools
• Understand manufacturing processes, ideally in aerospace or other high‑precision industries
• Can read engineering drawings and communicate clearly with technical and production teams
• Speak fluent English; German is a plus
