By providing customers with life’s essentials, we enable businesses to grow, communities to prosper, and consumers to live well.
Our Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management Trainee Program is a structurally managed, rotational development experience designed to build the next generation of leaders in our Manufacturing & Supply Chain organization. Over the course of 24 months, trainees gain hands‑on exposure across the end‑to‑end value chain—from production and quality to logistics, planning, and continuous improvement.
This program is ideal for early‑career talent with strong analytical capability, a passion for operational and supply chain excellence, and the drive to grow into leadership roles within our Manufacturing & Supply Chain organizations.
Trainees will be based at a site (Krefeld / Malchin / Hamburg to be discussed at interview). The rotational program will begin in Summer 2026, based on graduation date.
Trainees work closely with experts, mentors, and business leaders, and lead real projects with measurable impact. The expectation is the trainees will take a tangible and real job to gain solid MSC experiences, including showing the deliveries of results.
