Market Access & Pricing Lead

Location: North Germany (Hybrid / Flexible)

About the Role

My client is seeking an experienced Market Access & Pricing professional with at least 5 years’ experience to support national reimbursement and pricing activities in Germany. This role will play a key part in shaping access strategy, leading AMNOG-related activities, and supporting positive reimbursement outcomes for innovative therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead AMNOG assessment strategy and execution.
• Contribute to national pricing and market access strategies.
• Develop reimbursement dossiers and value propositions.
• Support pricing negotiations within the German healthcare system.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with medical, commercial, and policy teams.
• Build relationships with payers, authorities, and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical market access or pricing.
• Strong understanding of the German healthcare and reimbursement landscape.
• Knowledge of health economics and outcomes research.
• Ability to manage projects with limited supervision.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
