They’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Lead to drive data‑led decision making across their marketing function. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning analytics strategy, working closely with stakeholders, and leading data initiatives that directly impact growth.

Role: Marketing Analytics Lead

Location: Hamburg (1x per month in office)

Salary: €100k

What You’ll Do

• Lead and shape the marketing analytics strategy across key channels (paid, CRM, lifecycle, etc.)
• Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to define KPIs and measure performance
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive campaign optimisation and business growth
• Own and improve reporting, dashboards, and attribution models
• Guide and support data analysts / cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve customer segmentation, targeting, and ROI
• Act as the bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders

What You Bring

• Experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, or similar data‑focused roles
• Proven track record of leading data initiatives or mentoring analysts
• Comfortable working with data tools (e.g. SQL, BI tools, analytics platforms)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with a passion for using data to drive growth
