Rubean AG is a multinational fintech company based in Munich, Germany, and the leading provider of pure software point-of-sale solutions for banks, acquirers, and merchants. Our solution transforms regular smartphones into secure and fast payment acceptance terminals (POS devices) without any additional hardware.

We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to elevate our commercial reach. You will shape our brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and fill the sales pipeline through innovative, data-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies (email, social media, events, digital) to support sales and brand growth
  • Manage the lead generation funnel: campaigns, tools, KPIs, and optimization
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and target customer segments
  • Create and oversee marketing content: newsletters, one-pagers, landing pages, white papers, presentations
  • Enhance our digital presence: LinkedIn, website, SEO/SEM
  • Represent Rubean at industry events, trade shows, and forums

Your profile:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B marketing or lead generation, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments
  • Strong skills in campaign execution and storytelling
  • Experience with marketing tools (CRM, email automation, LinkedIn ads, CMS, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Based in Munich or willing to relocate
