Marketing Cloud Salesforce Consultant (f/m/d)

For our European Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main area (Offenbach) we are looking for an IT professional as:

We are looking to hire a Marketing Cloud Salesforce Consultant to support our expanding Salesforce landscape. As an increasing number of countries transition to Salesforce, and with the growing demand from our internal stakeholders, we require additional expertise to ensure seamless implementation, optimization, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Administering Marketing Cloud, including building journeys, creating automations, and performing various administrative, configuration, and light development tasks within the Marketing Cloud environment, as well as supporting existing journeys already live in the system
• Analyzing requirements by collaborating with product owners and documenting needs based on defined objectives
• Modeling business processes for automotive Sales/CRM, documenting current and future states to identify optimization and improvement opportunities
• Developing functional designs and documenting functional specifications for systems and solutions required for the project
• Communicating with stakeholders and providing regular updates on project progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Up to 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Demonstrating strong domain knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, sales/CRM journeys, and supply-chain processes, enabling well-informed recommendations
• Bringing solid technical expertise in Salesforce—primarily within Marketing Cloud, with additional experience in Automotive Cloud as well as Sales and Service Cloud
• Applying strong analytical skills to evaluate complex problems, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision-making
• Communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders—from developers and product owners to business and leadership teams—ensuring clarity when conveying insights, requirements, and recommendations
• Eliciting and managing requirements through structured gathering, documentation, and continuous refinement
• Maintaining high-quality documentation of project requirements, processes, decisions, and outcomes to ensure alignment and traceability

Nice to have

• Strong IT affinity and a solid technical understanding of databases, Salesforce, and system interfaces
• Fluently in German and English, with Korean considered a plus
• Demonstrating passion for new technologies and innovation
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Jira, and Confluence
