Marketing & Commercial Excellence Manager (m/w/d) Sales / Marketing - Nördlingen / München, Bayern LRE Medical GmbH develops and manufactures medical and analytical instrumentation in the following markets: In Vitro Diagnostic Devices, Life Sciences Equipment, Analytical Instrumentation, MedTech. Our mission is to build long-term partnerships with our clients and drive sustainable growth through excellent service, strategic collaboration, and high-quality solutions. To further strengthen our marketing and commercial excellence activities, we are looking for a Marketing & Commercial Excellence Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Munich or Nördlingen who will drive the strategic development of Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Customer Experience across the organization. In this position, you will be responsible for both the strategic and operational advancement of our marketing and commercial excellence initiatives. You will play a key role in building a consistent and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. Acting as a central interface between Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Commercial Operations, you will ensure clear alignment along the entire customer journey and actively contribute to our sustainable commercial growth. Your Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to support commercial growth and strengthen brand positioning Ensure consistent brand and corporate identity across all channels Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline), including website, social media, email marketing, trade fairs, and events Plan and manage content and thought leadership initiatives Drive lead generation and pipeline development in close collaboration with Sales and Business Development Design and implement a modern Customer Experience (CX) program, including customer journey development and touchpoint optimization Manage and continuously improve CRM-related processes to enhance efficiency and customer transparency Lead commercial excellence initiatives focused on process optimization and cross-functional collaboration Your Profile: Several years of experience in B2B Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or related roles Strong understanding of marketing strategy, CRM systems, and commercial processes Strategic mindset combined with a structured, hands-on approach Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities Fluent in English; German is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally What We Offer: A high-impact role with strategic responsibility The opportunity to shape and professionalize marketing and commercial excellence structures A collaborative and performance-driven environment Flexible working model (Munich or Nördlingen, partially remote) Our organization has over 250 employees.
