Marketing Coordinator (gn) – PROTEROS biostructures GmbH

YOUR MISSION

Supporting Business Development in day‑to‑day operations, including the development, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns and initiatives, as well as market observation and competitor analysis.
Preparing presentations and organising meetings.
Coordinating activities and aligning on content and priorities to deliver on core products with business development and scientific department leadership.
Ongoing contribution to our digital strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders, agencies and partners.
Executing, managing and evaluating marketing activities, mailings and distribution campaigns.
Assisting in the creation of all marketing materials and collateral.
Acting as an interface to external service providers (e.g., agencies): briefing, coordination and evaluation of marketing activities/projects (e.g., pharmacy tour).
Event management: supporting the planning, organisation, coordination and follow‑up of events in Germany and Austria.

YOUR PROFILE

Initial professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or life science sector or similar.
Hands‑on mentality, detail oriented though fast paced and able to deliver on timelines.
Very good MS Office skills.
Excellent German and English skills.
Open‑minded personality, team‑oriented, service‑oriented, strong communication skills.
Fast comprehension, initiative, flexibility, resilience, analytical mindset.
