Marketing Design Lead (f / m / d)

We are looking for a person to lead marketing design (advertisement and communication) at justDice.

On one hand, this should be a strong manager who can work with a creative team, capable of optimizing processes and building a continuous pipeline for creating videos and creatives. On the other hand, this should be an art director / creative director who can find new angles, fresh ideas, and unconventional approaches to promoting justDice apps.

What you will do :

• constantly search for new growth opportunities and efficiencies in our advertising
• Creating a continuous process for finding references, brainstorming, and testing new hypotheses
• Quickly launch and test new hypotheses, with a complete lack of fear when it comes to testing bold and unconventional ideas
• Set up operational processes, automate everything that can be automated, achieve efficiency, and ensure a very high production speed for creatives
• Active involvement in the work of product and performance marketing teams to discover new insights and hooks that can be used in communication
• Lead a team of motion designers & playable ad developers
• Steward creative projects from their earliest inception all the way to production and launch
• Define design team success metrics together with the leadership team

Who you are :

• 5 years of work experience in app / mobile game marketing
• Strong experience leading design or creative teams, an expertise in art-direction / creative direction
• Strong understanding of app online marketing creative strategies and best practices
• Thorough understanding of creative marketing KPIs
• Deep passion for engaging mobile games and love experimenting with new creative concepts and ad messaging / strategies to attract big user audiences
• Deep understanding of the latest AI tools and their use in communication marketing
• Experience with motion design and motion design tools
• Fluent English
