Job Responsibilities

  • Leading digital and performance marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
  • Building growth loops and conversion‑focused user journeys
  • Managing content funnels, lead nurturing, and marketing automation workflows
  • Analyzing campaign data and user behavior to optimize performanceProducing brand‑consistent content across channels (visual, written, short‑form video)
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to align messaging with product value
  • Shaping the company’s brand presence and marketing playbook in the DACH region

Job Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications (All must be met)

  • Native‑level German (spoken and written)
  • 5+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns independently
  • Experience with marketing automation, analytics tools, and content platforms
  • Strong understanding of growth funnels, conversion optimization, and ROI metrics
  • Creative and analytical mindset with hands‑on execution skills
  • Willingness to work 100% onsite in Munich (no remote/hybrid)
  • Full legal right to work in Germany
