Marketing Manager DACH (m/f/d)

The way we verify identities, sign contracts, and interact with institutions is changing — fast. The eIDAS 2.0 regulation is live. The EU Digital Identity Wallet is coming. And Evrotrust is at the center of it all: one of Europe’s leading Qualified Trust Service Providers, with 2+ million users from 61 countries and 200+ enterprise clients across 11 markets.

Now we’re building DACH. From the ground up. And we’re looking for the person who’ll own it.

The Opportunity You’ll be Evrotrust’s first dedicated marketing force in DACH — no legacy structures, no “that’s how we’ve always done it.” You’ll build our market presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland: strategy, campaigns, events, partnerships, localization. All of it. You’ll work directly with our DACH sales team and the central marketing team in Sofia — backed by a company that just closed a €6.6M growth round and is accelerating across Europe.

This isn’t a maintenance role. It’s a builder role with a marketing title.

What You’ll Do • Develop and own the DACH marketing strategy — then execute it • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across events, digital, media, and partnerships • Own the German-language Evrotrust web presence and keep it sharp • Drive localized content across LinkedIn and Meta for the DACH market • Work hand-in-hand with sales to engage customers, support pipeline, and balance ROI • Identify and build joint marketing initiatives with strategic local partners • Become the deepest expert on the DACH market — regulation, competition, customer needs

What You Bring • 5+ years of marketing experience in tech, fintech, SaaS, or adjacent fields • You’ve built something from scratch before — new markets, new channels, new structures • AI-first mindset – you utilize Gen AI tools for planning and drafting and are exploring AI agents • Event and tradeshow experience: you know how to generate leads on a conference floor, not just hand out brochures • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar) • Fluent in German and English • You see regulation as an opportunity, not a blocker
