What You’ll Do

As Marketing Project Manager – Nutrition, based in Baar, Switzerland, you will have end‑to‑end accountability for managing nutrition product portfolios across the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) region. You will operate in a complex, reimbursed, and regulated environment, translating clinical and nutritional science into meaningful value for patients and healthcare partners.

Brand & Marketing Strategy

• Own and manage assigned nutrition product lines across their full lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Develop and implement compliant marketing strategies that build strong brands in reimbursed markets.
• Translate clinical, nutritional, and health‑economic evidence into clear value propositions.

Commercial & Business Performance

• Deliver annual sales, market share, and division margin targets.
• Lead annual market activation planning and execution across the DACH region.
• Conduct business analysis and evaluate ROI of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is an advantage.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, ideally within Nutrition, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Devices.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
