The Role You'll own the marketing and go-to-market strategy at Spectroplast — from brand positioning to demand generation and market entry strategies. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you'll set the direction and execute it. You'll work closely with our sales, engineering, and leadership team to build pipeline, grow our on-demand and material business, and establish Spectroplast as the trusted name in silicone additive manufacturing with a particular focus on the medical market.
What You'll Do Go-to-Market Strategy
— Define and execute GTM plans by segment (medical, manufacturing, robotics), from ICP definition to channel mix and campaign execution Demand Generation
— Build and run outbound and inbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and content to generate qualified leads and grow the on-demand customer base Brand & Positioning
— Establish Spectroplast's voice and visual identity across all channels; sharpen our USP for technical and commercial buyers Medical Market Entry
— Develop targeted messaging and content for medtech buyers; support tradeshow presence and build credibility with procurement and engineering stakeholders in regulated industries Content & Thought Leadership
— Create case studies, application stories, technical white papers with the team, develop SEO-driven web content that speaks to engineers and procurement managers alike Marketing Ops & Reporting
— Own the marketing funnel metrics (MQLs, CAC, conversion rates); manage campaigns in our tools; work with our CRM to track lead-to-customer journeys AI-Driven Execution
— Leverage AI tools across the full marketing workflow: content creation, campaign optimization, lead scoring, and market research — building a marketing engine that scales without scaling headcount
What You Bring Experience
—
5–7 years in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial tech, medtech, or advanced manufacturing; experience with webshops is a plus, degree in Marketing, Business, or similar GTM Expertise
— You've launched a product, entered a new market, or built a pipeline from scratch and can show the results Hands-On
— You write your own copy, build your own campaigns, and don't wait for an agency to do it for you Data-Driven
— You track MQLs, CAC, and conversion — not just impressions and follower counts Medical Market
— Familiarity with medtech buying cycles, regulatory environment, or life sciences marketing is a strong plus AI-Native
— You actively use AI tools and agents to move faster and do more with less Communication & Mindset
— Clear, compelling English (German a plus); you take ownership, move fast, and thrive where your work is immediately visible. Odoo experience (CRM, Marketing, or Sales modules) is a plus — we run our business on it
