Your role

As Marketing Manager, you will support the development and execution of brand and marketing activities across multiple European markets. Working closely with Sales, Medical Affairs and external partners, you will contribute to integrated, compliant and effective marketing initiatives and manage several topics in parallel.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing activities across the product portfolio
• Take an active role in the ongoing development and maintenance of the company website, including content coordination, updates and alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Develop marketing materials and digital content in cooperation with Medical Affairs, agencies and external partners
• Align closely with the Sales team to provide materials that enhance field force effectiveness
• Contribute to the planning and execution of selected multichannel activities, including print, digital and email communication, in line with pharmaceutical compliance requirements for prescription products
• Support the preparation and execution of national and international congress activities, including booth presence, symposia and post-event communication
• Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables for assigned marketing projects

Your profile

• Completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing
• Experience with digital content and marketing activities for prescription medicines (RX) or within a regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Very good command of English, written and spoken, as English is our company language
• Fluency in German is highly desirable
