Marketing Manager - SCHUBERTH North America (f/m/d)

SCHUBERTH North America is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities across the North American region. This role carries dual reporting responsibility to the President of SCHUBERTH North America and the Global Marketing Director based in the UK, requiring strong collaboration, communication, and alignment with global brand strategy.
The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on marketer with deep motorcycle industry knowledge, strong media and presentation skills, and proven experience managing budgets, calendars, and integrated marketing campaigns. This role will serve as the primary steward of the SCHUBERTH brand in North America.

YOUR TASKS
Strategic Marketing & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive North American marketing strategies aligned with global brand objectives
- Build and manage annual marketing calendars, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, launches, events, and promotions
- Translate global initiatives into regionally relevant programs for the North American market
Brand & Campaign Management
- Own and champion the SCHUBERTH brand voice and positioning across all North American channels - Plan and execute product launches, sponsorship activations, and brand campaigns
- Ensure consistency across digital, print, retail, experiential, and PR touchpoints
Budget & Resource Management
- Develop, manage, and track the North American marketing budget
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and brand impact
- Manage agency relationships, freelancers, and external partners as needed
Media & Communications
- Act as the primary North American point of contact for media, influencers, and industry partners
- Oversee PR strategy, press releases, product seeding, reviews, and media coverage
- Maintain strong relationships within the motorcycle, powersports, and lifestyle media landscape
Content, Digital & Social
- Oversee and implement content strategy across digital platforms including website, social media, email, and paid media
- Collaborate with global teams to adapt content for North American audiences
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
Presentations & Stakeholder Engagement
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations for internal leadership, global teams, dealers, and partners
- Represent SCHUBERTH at industry events, trade shows, dealer meetings, and consumer activations - Provide regular reporting and strategic updates to both North American and global leadership
Industry & Market Expertise
- Stay current on motorcycle industry trends, competitors, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing channels
- Leverage industry knowledge to inform strategy, messaging, and partnerships
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Several years of marketing experience, preferably within the motorcycle, powersports, automotive, or action sports industry
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets and annual planning cycles
- Strong understanding of media relations, digital marketing, and content strategy
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively within a dual-reporting, global organizational structure
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with global brands or international teams
- Experience managing agencies and external creative partners
- Dealer marketing and retail activation experience
- Passion for motorcycling and rider culture
