Marketing & PR Director

Responsibilities

1. Build and promote QCraft’s local brand in Europe, and deliver high-impact industry events and media campaigns.
2. Research European market competitors, customer acquisition costs, media channels, and local brand perception.
3. Manage European social media and industry media resources, and develop an integrated offline-to-online marketing system.
4. Cultivate partnerships with local media, tech bloggers and industry KOLs to expand local communication channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related fields is a must.

Required Skills

• Local creative professional in Europe with experience at top tech PR agencies or MNC brand marketing teams.
• Deep understanding of European/German aesthetics and communication logic, able to develop localized marketing & PR content.
• Skilled in European social media operation and offline industry event planning, with full-link marketing experience.
• Support Chinese enterprises’ development in Europe; well-connected with local media, tech influencers, and automotive industry resources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing high-profile media campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor strategies.
