Marketing Product Owner - Intern

Eltrona , the historic Luxembourgish cable TV provider and now a subsidiary of Liberty Global following its acquisition by Belgian operator Telenet, is undergoing a major transformation.

With its hybrid fibre–coax network, Eltrona can provide more than 80% of Luxembourgish households and businesses with very high‑speed broadband.

As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a motivated and curious Marketing Product Owner Intern to support the development of our brand, our digital presence, and our customer value initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

You will be involved at the heart of Eltrona’s digital and marketing strategy. Under the guidance of the Marketing team, you will help strengthen our digital performance, develop customer value propositions, and improve customer journeys.

1) Support in Customer Value Proposition Development

• Assist in creating innovative, customer‑focused commercial propositions.
• Contribute to building the marketing roadmap and coordinating with internal teams.
• Help define offers, promotions, and marketing messages.
• Participate in designing smooth and engaging customer journeys.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

2) Support in Digital Development

• Contribute to the optimisation of our digital interfaces in collaboration with our digital agency.
• Assist in improving online sales and customer care journeys.
• Help implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
• Support the development of data‑driven marketing practices with IT and marketing teams.
• Track digital performance and propose improvement ideas.

Your Profile

• Student in marketing, communication, digital business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, customer experience, and innovation.
• Creative mindset with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
• Organised, rigorous, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in French and B2 English.
