callas software develops technology for handling PDF files in professional production environments. Our tools are used worldwide and integrated into solutions from major, well‑known brands.

Your role

This is a hands‑on role focused on execution, done from the office in Berlin.

You will take ideas, content, and input from the team and consistently, reliably, and with attention to detail turn them into clean, finished output. You are expected to make things happen and get them across the finish line. Typical tasks include:

Marketing execution

  • Preparing and scheduling LinkedIn posts based on existing content
  • Selecting or creating suitable images and ensuring posts are complete (tags, links, calls to action)
  • Assembling and sending newsletters (e.g. using Mailchimp)
  • Updating website content (CMS)
  • Reviewing basic performance metrics (e.g. LinkedIn, newsletters) and helping prepare follow‑up discussions

Sales support

  • Handling orders and invoices
  • Maintaining and updating CRM data (Zoho)

How we work

We will give you context, ideas, and input — but not step‑by‑step instructions for everything.

You should be comfortable taking that input and turning it into a clean, finished result. You don’t need to get everything perfect from day one, but you should not be afraid to make decisions and move things forward. You’ll have full support from the team, and there’s always room to ask questions.

Your profile

  • You enjoy getting things done and take pride in delivering clean, high‑quality work
  • You are structured, reliable, and detail‑oriented
  • You are comfortable working independently within a defined scope
  • You have a basic affinity with digital tools and are quick to learn new ones
  • You communicate clearly and work well with others
  • Experience in administrative work or digital marketing is helpful, but not required.

Languages

  • Excellent English is required
  • German is helpful for internal communication
  • Additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
