Your responsibilities

• Assist in product launches, including Market Implementation Plan preparation and pricing strategy
• Support the preparation of annual and launch-specific marketing plans
• Develop sales and promotional materials in collaboration with marketing, product management, and MarCom teams
• Create and execute key elements of marketing campaigns, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Develop marketing tools, conduct competition analysis, and prepare comparison resources for training
• Gather feedback from regional teams on market needs and structure insights for decision-making
• Coordinate and update market surveys
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and scientific literature to support strategic decisions

Your profile

• At least 3 years of marketing experience in the medical field (laboratory diagnostics preferred)
• Proven track record in executing successful marketing strategies and operational tasks
• Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, mechanisms, and KPIs
• Experience in delivering training sessions is a plus
• Analytical, structured, and results-driven approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent English communication and presentation abilities
• Willingness to travel across EMEA: up to 30%
