As a Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of mid- to large-scale marketing initiatives, driving projects end-to-end and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, programs, and strategic initiatives. You will play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, delivering measurable business impact, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
You will act as both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, managing the full campaign lifecycle-from planning and budgeting through execution, promotion, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and budgeting to performance analysis
- Develop promotion strategies to drive awareness and demand generation across digital and social channels
- Translate data into actionable insights to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities
- Define and implement marketing strategies that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and business impact
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, sales, and cross-functional teams to align on objectives and maximize results
- Manage external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality and timely campaign delivery
- Track and report on campaign performance and ROI (e.g., MQLs, pipeline, revenue impact)
- Lead social media and content initiatives, including influencer and employee advocacy programs
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, including event and media suppliers
- Deliver field marketing programs (e.g., events, activations) with clear pipeline generation target
Your profile
- Proven experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced or global environment
- Proven expertise in defining and delivering field marketing programs with pipeline generation targets
- Familiarity with cloud security concepts, including identity and access management, data protection, and threat monitoring within leading cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud security)
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, media planning, and social media strategy
- Solid understanding of SEO, influencer marketing, and consumer behavior
- Experience in event marketing and cross-channel campaign execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with CRM and marketing analytics tools
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Negotiation skills and experience working with agencies and vendors
