Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to drive our Mass Channel strategy in Germany.

The successful candidate will lead the execution of our Go to Market Strategy, deliver sales growth and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute to shaping our medium- to long-term plans with customers. You should be able to balance strategic planning with tactical execution and have a strong track record in negotiation wins, trade spend management & market share growth.
