Master Data Specialist (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Master Data Specialist (m/f/d) to ensure continuity of ERP master data activities during the transition from Microsoft NAVISION Dynamics to SAP. A junior candidate with a maximum of three years of master data experience and a strong willingness to quickly learn new concepts and ERP systems is also eligible.

on-site position in Greater Munich Area – contract with the possibility for permanent employment. Starting mid to late January 2026.

Salary Range: 52.000 - 60.000 € annually commensurate to experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain material master data across sites and processes
Ensure data quality throughout its lifecycle
Develop and optimize master data processes
Support business and regulatory projects
Coordinate and execute technical change projects using PLM Agile
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Procurement, R&D, and more
Organize interdisciplinary meetings and provide first-level support for master data and change management
Generate ERP queries and reports for various departments

Qualifications

Technical or commercial degree, or equivalent experience
Hands‑on ERP experience: Microsoft NAVISION Dynamics (mandatory) ; SAP is a plus
Background in master data management or production planning preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, precise, and responsible working style
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Fluent in German and English , written and spoken
