Your Role and Responsibilities

What you can expect from work &study:

• Financial independence from day one – with an attractive salary: 1st year: €1,950 gross/month, 2nd year: €2,544 gross/month, 3rd year: €2,818 gross/month
• An employment contract with a 38‑hour workweek, including 10 hours dedicated to university studies.
• Master studies at a recommended German university (of your choice) offering part‑time studies (e.g., ESB Reutlingen, HECTOR School/KIT, FOM and others).
• Full coverage of tuition and semester fees, plus travel expenses to your university.
