Material Test Expert – Physical Testing / Laboratory (all genders) page is loaded## Material Test Expert – Physical Testing / Laboratory (all genders)locations: Weinheimtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R\_ **Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:* Conducting physical tests on components as well as on development compounds* Carefully comparing test results with defined specifications and preparing clear, well‐structured test reports* Coordinating and communicating test results with internal stakeholders* Performing testing, documentation and evaluation in accordance with internal and external guidelines(e.g. APQP, PPAP)* Introducing new testing methods, including the creation and maintenance of work instructions* Producing test specimens and material compounds for testing and development purposes* Taking on general administrative tasks and handling related correspondence* Actively contributing to safety, order and cleanliness in the laboratory# Qualifications:* Completed vocational training in chemical laboratory work, physics laboratory work, materials testing, or a comparable qualification* Experience in rubber processing is an advantage, but not a requirement* Knowledge of standards and experience in applying norms are beneficial* Confident handling of standard office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Access is a plus)* Enjoyment of teamwork combined with a structured and detail‐oriented working style* Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment* Willingness to take responsibility and continuously develop professionally* English language skills are an advantageThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
