Responsibilities

• Supervision and ensuring the operation of manufacturing facilities while adhering to cost, quality, and deadline objectives
• Support and implementation of process optimizations in manufacturing
• Design and optimization of welding connections in collaboration with product development
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for production, planning, and projects
• Support in onboarding new employees as well as participation in shopfloor management
• Participation in continuous improvement processes (Kaizen) and support in risk assessments

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in metalworking (industrial mechanic/toolmaker) or equivalent
• Relevant professional experience in handling robots, preferably KUKA
• Independent, goal-oriented, and systematic working style
• Team-oriented working approach
• Good communication skills (presentation, moderation)
• Good computer skills
