Team Overview

The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on‑site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem‑solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Role Overview

The position will be a full time site based role and the Mechanical Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and site delivery/completion of mechanical installations across our Data Centre Projects within the Frankfurt Region. This role combines deep technical knowledge with strong leadership and project management expertise to ensure successful delivery of capital and improvement projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

What You'll be Doing

Responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical system installation projects. Oversees project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring alignment with operational goals. Provides technical and engineering expertise for equipment selection, system design, and installation, reviewing drawings and vendor specifications. Manages procurement, supplier performance, and subcontractor relationships, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements. Monitors costs, risks, and quality standards, maintaining documentation and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to optimise processes, integrate projects seamlessly, and support operational efficiency and safety.
