Position: Mechanical Supervisor

Location: Onsite – Frankfurt

Responsibilities

• Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Report to the Construction and/or Project Manager.
• Ensure all site operations are carried out in strict compliance with company HSQE requirements and standards.
• Daily manage, supervise and report on direct labour resources, plant, safe execution of works and material allocation.
• Manage and coordinate sub‑contractors on site.
• Carry out post‑construction surveys and compile accurate information to prepare As‑Built records.
• Record company compliance and administration procedures and track performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are carried out to a high standard while complying with building regulations, national rules for mechanical installations, health and safety and environmental standards.

Skills and Requirements

• A mechanical trade background is essential.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
