About the Role

The Commercial Vehicle Mechatronic Technicians program is an international mobility initiative aimed at sourcing, training, and placing skilled mechatronic technicians into high-demand roles in the commercial and passenger vehicle industry in Germany. The program includes intensive German language training (up to B1 level), qualification recognition support, technical and cultural orientation, and end-to-end assistance with job placement, visa processing, and relocation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of commercial vehicles
Operate and interpret diagnostic tools and software
Conduct system and component testing to ensure functionality and safety
Ensure compliance with German automotive service regulations
Provide technical support to garage and workshop teams

Requirements

Professional Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience in a service workshop (for ITI‑qualified candidates)
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience (for Diploma/B.Tech‑qualified candidates)
Expertise in one or more of the following roles:
- Maintenance or service technician (commercial vehicles)
- Repair or system technician
- Diagnostic technician

Education

Bachelor’s, Diploma, or ITI in Mechatronics, Automobile Engineering, or a related field (from a state‑recognized institute)
Minimum course duration: 2 years (for ITI candidates)
Proof of qualification equivalence to German standards is required
