This role is client dedicated and offers a unique growth opportunity as you have the exciting opportunity to lead as a Country Medical Lead, driving medical strategy and engagement in a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities Engage with national, regional, and local customers through scientific discussions, presentations, and education. Provide medical information and responses to complex medical questions from clinicians. Offer internal scientific support and training, serving as an expert resource for colleagues. Coordinate scientific education activities and participate in events such as Advisory Boards and congresses. Support investigators and interact with scientific societies and patient groups. Collect and report relevant information to the company, such as competitor information and treatment patterns. Contribute to the design and delivery of the Country Medical Plan. Identify and develop KOLs, providing educational and scientific support as needed. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Commercial Department and Country Managers. Qualifications 2 years Pharmaceutical industry experience as an MSL in Germany. Experience in one or more of the following therapy areas: Haematology, Nephrology, Rare Diseases, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology; biosimilars experience strongly preferred. Fluent in German and confident in English. Full driving license, with willingness to travel throughout the territory, which includes Bavaria (South East Germany) up to Berlin.
