Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting healthcare operations? French Consulting is hiring Medical Services Coordinators to provide administrative support within the Referral Management Center at Ramstein AB.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients are scheduled promptly, referrals are tracked, and providers have the information they need to deliver quality care.

What You’ll Do

Referral Management & Nursing Support

• Review and process referrals for completeness, TRICARE coverage, and accuracy
• Schedule and track specialty care appointments across MTFs, network, and non-network providers
• Provide customer service and guidance to patients, families, and providers
• Support administrative programs such as Medical Evaluation Boards (MEB) and Service Treatment Records (STR)
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation in compliance with standards

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Administrative training preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience a plus)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of medical terminology or TRICARE is a plus
• U.S. Citizenship required
