Overview

The client is seeking a successor for the position of Head of the Intellectual Disabilities Department, a member of the Executive Management team, starting January 1, 2027. Inklusia, a nonprofit organization in the Greater Oberaargau region of Switzerland, supports adults with disabilities towards self‑determination and social inclusion.

Responsibilities

Providing leadership for the department, developing needs‑based services, and contributing to the strategic development of the organization.

Qualifications

Background in special education or social pedagogy, experience in leadership roles, and strong IT skills.
