We’re looking for a

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Senior Consultant

who’s excited to work closely with clients, drive impactful CRM transformation projects, and deepen their expertise in D365 CE—joining Axazure on our mission to reinvent the world of consulting and help us make history.

Your role

Lead full-cycle Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) for mid-size and enterprise clients—from vision to go-live. Translate business requirements across sales, marketing, and service into scalable D365 CE solution designs that truly drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Facilitate workshops with CROs, Heads of Sales, Marketing, and Service leaders—challenging the status quo and designing smarter, data-driven processes. Configure and tailor Dynamics 365 CE applications, leveraging Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and working closely with technical teams for integrations and extensions. Own fit/gap analysis, solution architecture, testing strategy, and go-live execution to ensure successful delivery. Act as a trusted advisor—guiding clients on CRM strategy, digital transformation, and best practices beyond standard implementation. Support and mentor junior consultants, helping build scalable delivery standards and reusable accelerators. Contribute to Axazure’s methodology, assets, and innovation initiatives in Customer Engagement.

What you bring 5+ years of experience as a consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service) Strong understanding of customer-facing processes (lead-to-cash, campaign management, customer service operations, pipeline management) Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; Power BI is a plus) Proven ability to lead workstreams and build strong client relationships A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset—you’re comfortable both configuring the system and advising stakeholders Excellent communication skills, especially when engaging with C-level and business leaders Fluent in German and English A proactive, ownership-driven mindset—you don’t wait for direction; you create momentum Bonus: experience in real estate, SaaS, or service-driven industries Someone who enjoys sharing a good beer with colleagues
