We are seeking an accomplished Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead high‑impact digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will design and deliver enterprise‑grade CRM and Power Platform solutions that drive measurable business value. As a senior technical authority, you will define solution architecture, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of complex programmes within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture Define and own end‑to‑end architecture for Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service). Design scalable and secure solutions leveraging the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Lead platform architecture, data modelling, performance optimisation, and security design. Conduct fit–gap analysis and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Ensure adherence to Microsoft Success by Design principles, ALM standards, and architectural best practices. Architect enterprise‑grade integrations using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, API Management). Define and oversee data migration strategies, data validation, and reconciliation frameworks. Drive data consistency, performance tuning, and compliance across integrated systems.
Technical Leadership & Governance Provide technical leadership to functional consultants, developers, and Power Platform specialists. Review and approve solution designs, customizations, and integration approaches. Establish governance frameworks for environments, ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and solution lifecycle management. Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks to maintain delivery excellence. Act as the primary technical authority for business and IT stakeholders. Facilitate architecture workshops, design reviews, and technical walkthroughs. Provide hands‑on support throughout delivery phases, ensuring quality and alignment with strategic objectives. Support pre‑sales with solutioning, estimations, and proposal development. Contribute to reusable assets, reference architectures, and best‑practice accelerators.
Required Skills and Experience:
12+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 implementations. Proven track record as a Solution Architect on large‑scale, multi‑module enterprise programmes. Fluency in English is required for this position. German language skills are preferred but not essential. Dynamics 365 CE: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse Enterprise architecture, system integration, data modelling, security, scalability Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, API Management) DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, environment strategy, and release management
Certifications (Preferred):
PL‑200: Power Platform Functional Consultant PL‑400: Power Platform Developer MB‑210 or relevant Dynamics 365 Solution Architect certifications
