As an in-house consultant (m/f/d), you are a central point of contact for the support and further development of our D365 systems.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d)

Field of activity

• Processing of D365 support tickets via DevOps including BUG analysis
• Processing of D365 support emails
• Analysis, conception and testing of new requirements from the specialist departments
• Creation of FIT/GAP analyses
• Preparation and support of D365 process tests for the release change
• Implementation of key user/user training in D365 SCM
• Creation of D365 training materials and documentation

Requirements for

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or business informatics, alternatively successfully completed commercial vocational training with a strong interest in ERP systems or vocational training with an IT/ERP focus
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM or a comparable ERP system is desirable
• Practical experience in software support is an advantage
• Independent, solution-oriented and careful way of working
• Strong communication skills with a high degree of team spirit
• Very good written and spoken German and English (at least C1 level in each case)
