This independent law firm that is well established in Luxembourg. Since they developed their team in all fields of law from banking, finance to corporate law , they realized the importance of building a solid team of lawyers. To reinforce their team, they are searching for a new mid-level Corporate Associate to grow with them.

Mid-level corporate lawyer- Your Mission

• You will assist the different Partners or Seniors in the daily tasks
• You will draft and review different contracts
• You will advise on transactions and setup of operation for the creation to the liquidation of entities
• You will do legal research and handle the M&A cases

Mid-level corporate lawyer - Your Profile

• Degree in Law. You successfully achieved the Bar in Luxembourg or registered on List II or List IV at a European Bar
• You have at least 4 years of experience in a law firm in Luxembourg
• You have a perfect level of English and French. Luxembourgish or German would be a good asset
• Good team player able to adapt easily and with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to deliver quality work having a good commitment to the job
