Operate and monitor dredge equipment to safely extract sand and gravel.
Adjust dredge settings to maintain efficient production and material quality.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on dredge and support machinery.
Communicate with plant and pit personnel to coordinate safe, continuous operations.
Document production data and report equipment or safety issues promptly.
Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and learn dredge controls.
Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety procedures.
Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment upkeep.
Capability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
Willingness to work a consistent 2nd shift schedule in outdoor conditions.
Ability to stand, walk, climb, reach, stoop, and work at heights as operational needs require.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds periodically while performing maintenance or equipment checks.
Ability to work in varying outdoor conditions and navigate uneven terrain safely.
Shift Hours: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Successful candidate must be eligible to work in the United States.
Starting Pay $26.00 per hour DOE
