Responsibilities

• Responsible for the front‑end architecture design, development, and performance optimization of the company's core Web products to ensure high‑quality delivery;
• Lead the technical solution design of complex functional modules (such as data visualization dashboards, editors, real‑time communication, etc.);
• Resolve key issues such as cross‑browser compatibility, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities to optimize user experience;
• Promote front‑end engineering development, including CI/CD, component libraries, micro‑frontend infrastructure, etc.;
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams; participate in requirements review and provide technical feasibility suggestions.

Your profile

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in a computer‑related major, with more than 5 years of Web development experience;
• Fluent in English and Chinese (minimum B2 level both);
• Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, familiar with ES6+ features and design patterns;
• Familiar with common front‑end build and release mechanisms, proficient in Vite/Webpack;
• Proficient in one or more front‑end frameworks such as Vue/React, with an understanding of their implementation principles and hands‑on experience;
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS and other network protocols, familiarity with Node.js and front‑end/back‑end separation concepts;
• Experience with front‑end performance optimization strategies and performance analysis tools;
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; passion for new Internet technologies and eagerness to explore new trends in the industry;
• Proactive, good communication and teamwork skills, and a focus on delivering excellent user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

• Practical experience in 3D‑related development;
• Hands‑on experience in front‑end security (XSS/CSRF/CSP);
• Contributions to GitHub technical blogs or open‑source projects.
