Position: Mitarbeiter Faserverbundfertigung / Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Faserverbundbauteilen (Kohlefaser und Glasfaser)
• Vorbereitung der Formen und Auftragen des Gelcoats mittels Becherspritzsystem
• Fügen und Entformen von Bauteilen
• Formpflege, Reinigung und Wartung zur Sicherung von Qualität und Lebensdauer
• Besäumen, Schleifen und Polieren einzelner Bauteile und Propellerblätter
• Kommissionieren von Materialien für den Laminierprozess
• Unterstützung abteilungsübergreifender Produktionsschritte für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d), Kunststoff- oder Kautschuktechniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Alternativ: Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit handwerklichem Geschick und Interesse an moderner Fertigung
• Handwerkliches und technisches Verständnis
• Sorgfältige, präzise und saubere Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau C1)
• Selbständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Qualitätsorientierung
