We’re a profitable, bootstrapped startup with strong traction. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Lead Mobile App Developer —someone eager to make a meaningful impact and shape the future of our consumer‑facing product.

You’ll own the mobile experience end‑to‑end, leading development of the app that powers our data collection pipeline. If you’re passionate about elegant design, privacy‑conscious technology, and building with purpose, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Own and be end‑to‑end responsible for our mobile app (iOS & Android).
• Build intuitive and engaging interfaces—collaborating with external designers when necessary, but independently owning day‑to‑day UX/UI decisions.
• Regularly iterate based on user feedback to improve user experience and engagement.
• Integrate with our data pipelines.

The opportunity:

Who we’re looking for:

• 1‑3 years of mobile development experience (React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android).
• Proven ability to independently build consumer‑facing apps.
• Experience integrating mobile apps with backend services.
• Thrive in high‑ownership roles, managing projects end‑to‑end.
• Deeply customer‑focused, actively incorporating user feedback.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in startups or ownership‑intensive roles.
• Familiarity with data privacy and consumer data‑sharing practices.
• Strong sense of elegant and intuitive design.

Compensation:

• Salary: €50,000–€75,000/year.

• App development challenge (2–3 hours).
• Challenge review (30 min).
