Our Business Area Electrification (EE) develops and produces battery systems as well as electric and fuel-powered thermal solutions. Additionally, the business unit includes our aftermarket division, Customized & Lifecycle Solutions (EC), offering products and solutions for nearly all types of on-/off-highway and shore vehicles, with a strong focus on thermal and energy management solutions.

Here are the exciting tasks you can look forward to:

• Responsibility for the development of innovative thermal management solutions for electric vehicles worldwide
• Global contact person for thermal management solutions within the Webasto Group
• Independent development and foundational work on high-voltage heaters as well as new product ideas
• Execution and evaluation of calculations, test series, and alternative functional solutions
• Goal‑oriented coordination of technical details with internal and external development partners

What you bring to us:

• Technical degree and several years of experience in automotive development, with specific knowledge in refrigerants, heat pumps, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes
• Very good knowledge of automotive development processes such as FMEA, APQP, and 8D, as well as a strong quality and cost awareness
• Assertiveness, confident demeanor with customers, as well as strong communication skills and team orientation
• Intercultural competence, high flexibility, commitment, and willingness to travel
• Very good English skills in line with international requirements
