This opportunity is for a creative individual to participate in a photography project that delves into the spatial relationship between the human form and the dynamic architecture, lines, and energy of Berlin. The project aims to capture abstract and surreal portraits through gesture and movement, drawing inspiration from the unique rhythms and atmosphere of the German capital. The ideal collaborator will bring a sense of improvisation and a background in movement-based practices, contributing to a series of visually striking images that explore the intersection of body and space. The session will take place on-site in Berlin and is designed as a collaborative, personal artistic endeavor.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the photographer to interpret and embody abstract concepts through movement and gesture
Participate in a creative session on location in Berlin, engaging with the city’s architecture and environment
Improvise poses and movements inspired by the shapes, lines, and energy of Berlin
Contribute ideas and creative input to achieve the desired surreal and abstract visual outcomes
Maintain professionalism and adaptability throughout the shoot

Skills And Requirements

Background in dance, movement practices, yoga, sports, or similar disciplines
Strong improvisational skills and comfort with abstract creative direction
Ability to express emotion and narrative through physical movement
Availability for an on-site session in Berlin for several hours
Open-minded, collaborative, and receptive to artistic experimentation
Punctuality and reliability for scheduled shoot times
