MRICS Building Surveyor - South West | Bristol / Exeter / Plymouth / Remote Flexibility
Construction Consultancy
£45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Progression

This opportunity is with a forward-thinking, well-respected construction consultancy expanding its team with a talented Building Surveyor in the South West. The role offers real variety, autonomy, and a clear progression path.

The Opportunity
You'll join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team delivering work across the commercial, education, heritage, and residential sectors. Activities include pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, project work, and party wall matters.

Whether you’re based in Bristol, Devon, Cornwall or anywhere in between, the role offers hybrid working with flexibility to suit your lifestyle. The only fixed requirement is a passion for delivering quality.

Responsibilities

A mix of professional and project services including surveys, dilaps, party wall and project delivery
Build and maintain strong client relationships — act as a trusted advisor
Work on a variety of portfolios across sectors
Support junior team members (if that is part of your role)

What I\'m Looking For

MRICS qualified (essential)
Experience across core Building Surveying services
Confident communicator with a professional, personable approach
Enjoys variety, autonomy, and being part of a collaborative team
