Plenitude On The Road (POTR) is looking for a motivated MSP & Marketing Specialist to support the development and growth of our e‑mobility service offering in the fast‑growing electric vehicle charging industry. You will be part of the Germany & Austria (DAT) Region, based in Germany or Austria, with occasional meetings at POTR headquarters in Italy and at regional offices in Germany and Austria.
In this role, you will support the development and promotion of POTR’s Mobility Service Provider (MSP) services, working closely with marketing, operations and business development teams. You will contribute to customer acquisition, communication campaigns and the growth of our digital charging services.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career, or looking to transition into the e‑mobility sector, who wishes to gain experience in marketing, e‑mobility services, roaming partnerships and digital customer platforms within a fast‑growing international environment.
The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, as well as very good verbal and written English skills. Knowledge of Italian and other European languages will be considered an advantage.

Main Responsibilities
MSP Service Development
- Support the development and expansion of POTR’s Mobility Service Provider (MSP) offering in Germany and Austria
- Scout and support the development of new commercial partnerships to improve MSP visibility and customer experience
- Assist in monitoring the performance of MSP services, roaming platforms and charging applications
- Identify and establish new contacts with MSPs and CPOs to expand roaming and service partnerships
- Support contract negotiations with MSP and CPO partners in close coordination with the relevant team in Milan
- Assist with the operational management of roaming or peer‑to‑peer (P2P) agreements
- Monitor MSP pricing for POTR charging infrastructure and identify deviations from agreed commercial conditions
- Monitor pricing transparency among MSPs and identify potential violations of AFIR (Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation), reporting findings to the relevant internal teams
- Monitor roaming performance, charging sessions and revenues generated via MSP partners
- Support onboarding processes for new users and partners
- Coordinate with internal teams and international stakeholders on MSP related processes and services
Marketing & Communication
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns promoting POTR charging services and digital platforms
- Assist in developing German‑language marketing content, including website and app content, newsletters and promotional materials
- Coordinate marketing activities with the central marketing team in Italy to ensure alignment with corporate branding and communication guidelines
- Support the organisation of promotional activities at charging locations and partner sites
- Identify opportunities to improve customer communication, digital services and marketing effectiveness
Digital Customer Engagement
- Monitor and analyse user behaviour and engagement on digital platforms, including mobile apps and charging services
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing user adoption and customer loyalty
- Assist in collecting user feedback and translating insights into improvements for the MSP service offering
Partner & Roaming Support
- Support coordination with roaming partners and e‑mobility platforms
- Assist in monitoring roaming performance and user access to external charging networks
- Ensure accurate information and service availability across partner platforms
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Support the analysis of EV charging market trends, competitors and pricing strategies
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to MSP performance, marketing campaigns and customer acquisition
- Provide insights to support decision‑making in marketing and service development
Data & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor key performance indicators related to MSP services, app users and charging activity
- Analyse charging sessions, customer usage patterns and revenues generated through MSP partnerships
- Support monitoring of user growth, customer acquisition and engagement on POTR digital platforms
- Assist in preparing regular performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Identify trends and insights to support pricing strategies, marketing campaigns and service optimisation
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve customer communication, digital services and marketing effectiveness
- Support the optimisation of internal workflows related to marketing and MSP operations
Skills And Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Energy Management or a related field, or comparable training
- Initial experience in marketing, digital platforms, customer engagement or business support is a plus
- Interest in e‑mobility, EV charging infrastructure or sustainable mobility
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in an international and cross‑functional environment
- Proactive and structured working style
- Creative thinking and interest in digital marketing
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools or marketing platforms is beneficial
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Languages: German (native or C1) and English (C1). Italian or other European languages are a plus
